Access is granted, not assumed
A matchmaker sees your deeper layers only while an assignment you approved is active. Revoking it takes one click and takes effect immediately.
Files stay private
Photos, references and documents live in private storage. Links expire, and a file can only be opened by someone already permitted to see the record it belongs to.
Verification without exposure
Documents you send for verification are visible to our verification team only — never to matchmakers and never to other families.
Leaving is simple
Pause at any time, or close your account entirely. Closed profiles disappear from every matchmaker view at once.
