Terms of use

Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen to hold an account. Family managers may create profiles for candidates in their household with that candidate's knowledge and agreement.

Honest information

Profiles must be accurate. Misrepresenting age, marital status, health or background is grounds for immediate removal from the platform.

Conduct

• Do not copy, screenshot, export or forward another family's profile information.
• Do not contact a candidate or family outside the platform without permission.
• Do not pressure anyone who has declined a suggestion.
• Do not use the platform for commercial solicitation of any kind.

Matchmakers

Approved matchmakers agree to treat all profile information as confidential, to act only within active assignments, and to record proposals honestly. Approval may be suspended or withdrawn at our discretion where these obligations are not met.

Our role

MazelTov provides the platform and verification process. We do not guarantee outcomes, we are not a party to any arrangement between a family and a matchmaker, and we do not warrant statements made by members.

Suspension and closure

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or endangers another member. You may close your own account at any time from your account settings.

Changes

If we change these terms materially we will notify account holders before the change takes effect.
