- I started a profile but had to stop. Is it lost?
- No. Every step of the profile form saves as a draft. Sign back in and continue where you left off.
- How long does verification take?
- Usually a few days. If something is missing we will tell you exactly what to add rather than simply rejecting the profile.
- Can I work with more than one matchmaker?
- Yes. You can approve several assignments, and each matchmaker sees only their own notes and proposals.
- How do I stop receiving suggestions for a while?
- Pause the profile from your dashboard. Assignments stay in place but no new proposals will be sent until you resume.
- Someone contacted me outside the platform. What should I do?
- Report it to safety@mazeltov.live. Contacting a family outside an accepted proposal is a breach of our guidelines.
